Our process
- Submit your project details. Use Request a new project to describe your requirements and attach any supporting documents. Existing clients can do this from their client portal.
- We contact you. Our team reviews your request and contacts you to confirm the scope, timeline and price, and then issues a formal quotation.
- Approval and deposit. Work starts once the quotation is accepted and a 50% deposit has been received. Our payment details are shared with you once your project has been approved.
- Development and progress tracking. We monitor your project against agreed milestones. You can follow its progress in your client portal at any time and download a status report. If anything may cause a delay, we will tell you in advance.
- Delivery. Physical deliverables (devices, printed or bound documents) are collected from our offices once complete. Digital deliverables (source code, documents, software) are delivered through your client portal, where you can download them at any time.
